Almost the same as the #57 mega sleeve but cut in 1/2. So the sleeve has 6 pockets that are 4 1/4 wide x 12″ long and does not have a velcro closure. It does have a strap and a handle I make these to fit the 11″ paddle 360 flashers like the pro troll and hotspot flashers
