Uses: Stores dodgers, blades and small tackle good for storage and transport. Simple sleeve for easy access to your dodgers and small flashers and tackle. We have added holes for  standard 3 ring binders see our  item# 32 clear binders. These sleeves are 1″ to long for the #30 binders they stick out 1/2 on each side . They fit better in the #32 binders
